
Indimu ni urubuto rusanzwe rumenyerewe mu Rwanda, rukagira akamaro hakomeye cyane ku buzima bwa muntu kuko zishobora kuribwa ubwazo, kuzivanga mu mazi cyangwa mu cyayi na fanta nk’uko bigarumwaho n’abashakashatsi batandukanye.
Ku mbuga myinshi ziganjemo izandika ku buzima na Siyansi, berekana ko indimu ikungahaye cyane ku butare bwa potassium, calcium, copper ndetse ikagira na vitamine A, B na C, ikagira Fer kandi ni urubuto rutagira ibinure.
1. Indimu zongera ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri
Indimu yongerera umubiri ubudahangarwa kuko ari isoko karemano ya Vitamine C. Iyo Vitamine C ikaba ifasha mu kurinda umubiri indwara.
Iyo umuntu yakoresheje indimu bituma ajya gusoba kenshi. Uko gusoba kenshi bifasha mu gusohora udukoko tubi twa “bacteria” mu mubiri, ibyo rero bikagabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara zifata urwungano rw’inkari.
